There are good discounts, which make the final price even more affordable. For the first order, you get 20% off with a code (WISE20). On the second order, you get 25% off. I like this system, since it appreciates loyal users. At most other websites, returning customers get lower discounts than those with first orders.
But after I got a paper from WiseEssays, I realize why they are so generous with the second order discount. I doubt someone will use it, since the quality of content they deliver is terrible.
Other Features
The customers of this service get a few free additions to each order: reference page, formatting, title page, and revisions. However, you shouldn’t hope for revisions too much. I asked for them and the customer service ignored me. Speaking of customer service, I must complain about that aspect, too.
They say they are available all the time, but it’s a chatbot. I asked precise questions about my order and I got silly messages that made no sense. I tried the email, hoping to reach a real agent. I didn’t get any response that way.
The order form includes two other special features: top 10 writers and specific writers. There’s no VIP support, so there’s no chance to get better treatment than the one I did.
Conclusion
The paper I ordered from WiseEssays didn’t have proper grammar. That’s a basic requirement from students who pay to get their papers written. If you’re spending money to get a paper, you want it to be completed by a writer who can write better than you. These writers are below mediocre.
I asked for revisions and I was ignored. I did not get a refund. This service is a complete waste of money.
